2 Wheel Skills Competitors

The 2 Wheel Skills competition is a wild card! Not only will the field be 100% fan picked from the trucks featured this season, but anyone can do well, just like anyone can fail.

Last year, at World Finals 1, we watched in awe, as Son Uva Digger took the 2 Wheel Skills Championship!

Will the Reigning Champ get a shot at defending his title? Well, thats up to you!

Team Meents

The most voted for this competition, Tevin Maxwell and Team Meents racked up a total of 10 votes while the votes were open to any and all Season 2 Competitors. He's one of the trucks to be competing in all 3 Competitions this year!

Tevin is no stranger to two-wheel skills moves, often pulling out the typical Meents chassis momentum stoppie, but he's had many successful bicycles and wheelies this season!

He's pulled out some really great tricks this season as well, but this isn't the Best Trick Competition. I'm curious how he's going to try and stand out, facing off against another Meents chassis and being limited to only skills moves!

Son Uva Digger

Josh Tonkin in Son Uva Digger was a major player on the Biggest and Baddest tour, this season!

He pulled out every move in the book, from wheelies and stoppies, to back flips and forward momentum back flips!

Son Uva Digger took the Biggest and baddest Tour Championship for a reason.

Heading into Las Vegas holding last year's Two Wheel Skills Championship, he's a safe bet for the win.

But he has some heavy hitters going against him this year!

Grave Digger (M)

Jake Cranford has represented Team Mayhem all season on the All Star Challenge tour!

Team Mayhem lost the team battle on the Atll Star Challenge tour, so they're locked out of the Main Field, but fan votes overwrite the rule, bringing Jake back for one more show!

Jake is another driver that's been pulling out some really great moves throughout this season, its just managing to get the truck back on all 4 BKT's that gives him trouble.

Either way, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what he tries in Sam Boyd Stadium, and we'll see if he can pull off some successful moves!

Grave Digger (T)

The All Star Challenge tour leader, himself, Shane Lake in Grave Digger has been representing Team Thunder this year!

The things The Big Dawg can do with this truck have been nothing short of amazing!

Safe to say, our All Star Challenge Tour Champion can get things done on 2 wheels! Whether it be the front, back, or sidewalls, in forward or reverse, I think whatever Shane tries in Las Vegas, could end up giving him a great score in the Two Wheel Skills Competition!

Max-D (T)

Another Meents Chassis, Trevor Goldberg In Max-D has represented Team Thunder beautifully in the second half of the season.

Not that they've necessarilly needed the help, Trevor has still turned up the dial, working on filling the clock in Freestyle, and earning podium and high yielding spots!

Obviously these Max-D trucks can pull out some unthinkable moves, thanks to their Meents-style setup, but I think Trevor could really stand a good chance at a win in Vegas.

He has the experience of facing a fellow, current Meents Chassis all season. He can think ahead, when it comes to Tevin Maxwell, in a way his opponents may not be able to compete with.

Grave Digger (B&B)

On the Biggest and Baddest tour, theres only one Grave Digger, and it belongs to Aiden Wegner!

We saw him pull out some absolutely wild two wheel skills moves on the back tires! We didnt see him pull out many successful stoppies, but he has the confidence and guts on the back tires that may be able to secure him a championship!

Thats not even mentioning the primary focus on front-wheel and side-wheel skills moves in the competition, so his abilities on the back tires may be the difference maker, setting him apart from the pack!

Working Class

Mark Colineri is a great, consistent competitor, most of the time kicking off his Freestyle runs with a 2 Wheel Skills attempt.

They don't always work out, but that never stops him from trying. The no-quit energy could be what he needs to lock-in a Championship, but with only 2 attempts to earn a score high enough for the win, Mark needs to make sure his moves succeed.

Black Smith

Corey Fisher managed to lock in the final spot in the competition by way of tie-breaker! He was stuck with 4 votes, tied with 3 other drivers. We set them up in a tie-breaker, which resulted in a tie between him and Megalodon.

The fans, when forced to choose between the 2, chose Corey in Black Smith by a landslide!

Corey can definitely turn up, and the setup on this Black Smith truck makes every moment on the track exciting.

How well that will translate into a Two Wheel Skills run, I have no idea. One things for sure, though...I'm happy to have this guy in the line up, especially after he came so close to qualifying for a Main Field spot!
