World Finals II Qualifiers

Grave Digger (T)

Ol' GD35 has done well for Shane Lake this season! With 4 Dubby Racing Championships and 3 Overall Event Championships, The Big Dawg managed to hold onto the tour lead until the end, finishing out his Season with 203pts, the most ever earned in a single RORSRPS season!

Shane really made an impression this season, even more-so than the chassis did without him last season on the Sponsor Showdown Tour!

The whole of Team Thunder was on his back nearly the entire season, and without Shane Lake, it's safe to say, Team Thunder would not be seeing the World Finals.

Thanks to his hard work, the only competition he won't be leaving his mark on is Last Chance Qualifier!

Shake Me

Dawson Rayas is our Indy Madness Tour Champion, closing out Round 10 and the season with another Dubby Freestyle Championship!

In total, he and Shake Me have collected 3 Dubby Freestyle Championships, and 1 Dubby Racing Championship, dispite his heavily documented struggle with the Racing competition throughout the season.

He, win or lose, has blown the competition out of the water nearly every show this season, resulting in high-double-digit points totals and the tour lead! He closes out the season with the highest single-season points total we've ever seen: 201pts!

We very much look forward to what Shake Me has coming for the World Finals!

Son Uva Digger

This marks the second season in a row that Son Uva Digger was featured as a Main Field competitor in both the regular season, and the RORSRPS World Finals! Josh Tonkin drove this truck to 3 Dubby Racing Championships this season, but consistency is key...Josh has been featured in the Dubby Final Round in 6 out of our 10 season events this year!

With 193pts closing out the season, Josh Tonkin has snatched the crown, earning the title of Biggest and Baddest Tour Champion!

This season, Josh has taken charge, leading the tour in Rounds 1-4, losing it to Kraig Parsons in Velociraptor in Round 5, but reclaiming it from Round 6 until the Season Finale!

Our Reigning 2 Wheel Skills Champion is getting a shot at defending his title, as well as looking for his first World Racing or Freestyle Championship! And with his history, the past 2 seasons now, I'd say Josh is one of the safest bets on the track for any one of the titles!

Team Meents

Tevin Maxwell’s season started off average, with a Round 2 loss in Seattle's Racing and an early roll in Freestyle. It seems, since then, and especially in the second half of the season, Tevin has been on a war path to take the top spot and live up to the Meents name, plastered on the side of the truck!

Closing out the season, Tevin has amassed a total of 186pts, thanks to 1 straight-up Dubby Racing Championship (Atlanta), 2 straight-up Dubby Freestyle Championships (Indianapolis and Baltimore), and 1 Dubby Double Down to close out the season in Kansas City!

Still holding second place, he fell shy of the tour championship, but with Sam Boyd Stadium the next venue in his sights, I think its time we all buckle up and take a deep breath!

Tevin is calm and collected...It's World Finals time, and he's ON A MISSION!

Racing Record -  14:8

Mega Bite

3-time World Finals Freestyle Champion, Jim Koehler, hopped into Mega Bite for the second season of RORSRPS.

In Season 1, Jim racked up a total of 3 Racing Championships, and 2 Freestyle Championships, including 1 Double Down from Tacoma, WA, the final show of the season.

In Season 2, however, Jim and the Mega Bite truck have earned two Dubby Racing Championships, and have had losing appearances in the Finals twice, proving to be a resilient racer, while also puting down podium worthy performances in Freestyle twice, closing out the season with 164pts!

Jim is heading into the World Finals determined to earn another world title! Can he do it is the question!

Racing Record - 18:8

Avenger

Avenger was a big name in Season 1, and manged to earn the automatic bid into Season 2 by taking last year's World Freestyle Championship!

This year, Devyn Barber would hop behind the wheel with big shoes to fill, and if nothing else, he definitely lived up to the Team Scream hype, as well as backing up that Freestyle title with one Dubby Freestyle Championship and 2 podium spots!

Devyn also ran the truck hard in racing, seeing a minimum of Round 2 in eight of the ten shows he competed in, and the semis 3 of those times!

He'd close the season with a World Finals Qualification, earning secon place for his team and 4th place overall on the All Star Challenge tour with a total of 148pts to his name!

Avenger goes down in history as one of the few trucks to go un-subbed in both seasons!

The number below includes both S1 & S2 records

Megalodon

The 1-time World Racing Champion truck has made it back around for a shot at defending the title!

Giovanna Hayes has worked up a grand total of 147pts for the season, closing it out in 3rd place overall!

That doesn't mean it was all sunshine and rainbows, though. Even with the Dubby Racing Championship from the first show of the season and a Dubby Double Down, she did earn the Points Loser position in Charlotte, knocking her out of the competition for Round 9.

In Round 10, she came back HARD, taking the runner-up spot in the racing competition!

Heading into Sam Boyd, I definitely look forward to seeing how she can make the Racing layout work for her, and if she can get the Megalodon name it's second World Racing Title!

The number below includes both S1 & S2 records

Vorian Prime

What a season for Jack Merkle in his very own truck! He ends the season with a total of 147pts, tied with Giovanna Hayes for a technical third place on the Indy Madness tour!

The pair have seen the Semi Finals in Racing more often than not, earning the spot 7/10 shows this season, with two of those resulting in a Finals appearance, and one of those, a Dubby Racing Championship!

Jack has showcased his pure-blooded racing abilities constantly this season, and will be a major threat as we head to Las Vegas!

In Freestyle, he's had some good-scoring runs, but backflips have given him issues with filling the clock. If I were Jack, I'd focus on filling the clock, and rip one at the end, so landing it isn't a priority.

Racing Record - 17:9

Grave Digger 20

Aiden Wegner in Grave Digger had an insane season! With 1 Dubby Freestyle Championship behind him, he came out all season with the energy to burn it down!

Over the course of the season, Aiden earned a total of 142pts, locking him in at 3rd place overall!

In Racing, Aiden definitely has some improvements to be made, only seeing the Dubby Final Round once, losing to Josh Tonkin in Son Uva Digger.  Freestyle, however, is where he shines!

I can't wait to see what Aiden does for the biggest show of the year!

The number below includes both S1 & S2 records

Racing Record - 8:10

Dragon

Alfredo Moya has been anything but a slouch this season! With zero substitutions, he's earned double digit points in six out of the ten shows competed!

Closing the season with 139pts, in 4th place, he put in the work in both competitions to earn his Qualifying spot!

Racing is a strong competition for Alfredo, especially early in the season, being the runner up in our season opener in Seattle, and earning semi-finals appearances in the following three shows!

In Freestyle, he wasn't afraid to shine, either, earning 6th place or higher in six events!

He's a great all-arounder, and a proud feature in World Finals 2!

Racing Record - 12:10

Soldier Fortune: Black Ops

Ewan Ford is another Qualifier that showcases the inportance of just SHOWING UP! Don't get me wrong, though, his performance in both competitions, particularly racing, though, has been great!

Ewan has performed well enough all season to avoid the Points Loser position, allowing him to finish 5th overall for the Biggest and Baddest Tour, capping off the season with 138pts!

Known widely for his go-getter attitude behind the wheel, and the hard hits that come with that, I'm sure an exciting show is guaranteed for Sam Boyd Stadium now that Ewan is in the mix!

Racing Record - 14:10

Working Class

Mark Colineri, a Sim-Monsters and ROR veteran, made his season debut with the Working Class truck on the RORSRPS Channel, consistently delivering strong performances.

As of Round 10, the Working Class truck has not earned a Championship. Still, Mark and his constistency managed to lock down 6th place overall, earning double-digit points in every event but the season finale. Colineri came close to victory in Racing, losing to Tevin Maxwell in the Dubby Final Round in Atlanta, but his big points come from Freestyle.

Mark has burned it down this season, earning a total of 137pts!

With him competing in all 3 major competitions this year, I expect a solid performance from Mark Colineri and the Working Class truck in Las Vegas!

Racing Record -  6:10

Blue Thunder

Edward John Hyden...What a surprise! Not so much that he and Team Thunder qualified into the World Finals, but his record this season was nearly a flawless, consistent earning all season!

Mentioned many times in episode commentary, E.J. would end nearly every show this season with a grand total of 12 points per show! In the end, he'd earn a total of 12pts in six out of the ten shows competed! Talk about a consistent driver!

He'd close his season with one Dubby Final Round appearance, three Semi-Finals appearances, one runner-up position in Freestyle, and a grand total of 134pts!

Honestly, heading into the World Finals, E.J. could definitely be a bit of a wild card!

Anything could happen with this Built Ford Tough: Blue Thunder truck, and going 50/50 with 6th place or higher in freestyle this season, we could very well be looking at our champion...That's yet to be seen though!

Racing Record - 10:10

Jailbird

Kaylyn Mowery, one of the 4 female Main Field drivers in the regular season, absolutely nailed it in the racing competition, this year, earning a total of 129pts! She was featured on the channel as well on the Custom Chaos tour!

In total, closing out Season 2, Kaylyn and Jailbird earned semi-finals losses 3 times this season, as well as one Dubby Final Round loss, AND one Dubby Racing Championship! That puts her at 50/50 for the season, for shows with semi-final appearances!

This season, in freestyle, though, we've seen her fall short quite a few times, letting her battle with the 2 minute regulation time get the better of her.

In Season 1, it seemed to be the opposite performance, having poorer racing skills and one freestyle championship.

Heading into Sam Boyd, with only one high-yielding freestyle position all season (3rd place in Mt. Pleasant), I'd love to see a much better balance between her typical go-getter attitude, and one of someone who can reliably fill the clock.

The number below includes both S1 & S2 records

Racing Record - 24:18

Fullboar

Fullboar came out of the gate HOT, in Cameron, Texas, to kick off the season! Racing was lackluster, going out in Round 1 (a trend for him throughout the season), but Freestyle proved to be his competition, as he'd earn Cameron's Dubby Freestyle Championship! We'd see him follow up on that multiple times in the first half of the season!

He'd shoot for the overall in Show 2, just missing it to his racing superior in the same show, DD Live in the DD Fandom Protector, who earned the Double Down.

All in all, Ed Eckert would close the season with 3 Dubby Freestyle Championships, and a total of 128pts!

If Ed can fill the Freestyle clock in Las Vegas, I think he could give the best of them a run for their money! I can't wait to see what he pulls out!

Racing Record - 6:9

Max-D

Of the 2 Max-D's on the All Star Challenge tour, Trevor Goldberg drove Nitro- Team Thunder's Max-D. Between the two, this is the lower earner of tour points. However, even though Racing is a fair fight, it must be mentioned that Max-D Rival, Zach Antezana, would come out after Trevor in Freestyle, giving him the advantage of knowing a lot more about what works on the track, and what works for their identical truck setup.

Either way, Trevor, on his own, earned a total of 121pts for the season, putting him in 4th for Team Thunder, and 6th overall!

Heading into the World Finals, he'll be the only Max-D competing, but not the only Meents truck, so he'll once again have to out-shine an identical rival if he wants to win.

I think Trevor Definitely has what it takes to do it, it's just more-so about if he can keep the truck controlled in the turns, and fill the clock for a full freestyle run.

Racing Record - 11:9

Blown Money

Rick Steffens had an overall decent season, but his biggest moments came from his Dubby Racing and Freestyle wins, making him one of only two drivers on the tour to get both (him and Blake Thompson in Hypershock).

Rick's Racing Championship would essentially come out of nowhere, with all other racing performances, outside of Tampa, falling short in either Round 1 or 2.

In Freestyle however, from show 1 we knew Tricky Ricky was going to go big! His scores and points wouldn't always reflect it, though he would podium once outside of his Championship, but going big was always the reason he'd go down early.

Heading into Vegas with a season total of 116pts, he's got the name, he's got the energy, he's got the drive, AND he's got the record in both competitions to be in the conversation...

Racing Record - 9:9

Lucas Stabilizer

Cynthia Gauthier and Lucas Stabilizer stopped by in the home of Lucas Oil, last season, as a sub, and she left her mark on all of us, burning it down in freestyle.

She knew she had what takes to be an RORSRPS Main Field competitor, and when she gave it her shot in the Season 2 Qualifier, it worked out for her!

This season, she unfortunately was our first Points Loser for the All Star Challenge tour. When she came back, however, she burned it down, earning the runner-up position in Racing, losing to the one and only Shane Lake!

She'd be a highlight of nearly every show with her insane freestyle runs, however, falling short of a full clock most of the time. She'd earn a podium spot once, but since her substitution, the points just weren't on her side to get her up above 13th for the tour.

Cynthia would close the season with only 93pts, but she's heading into Sam Boyd confident, knowing she has what it takes to earn posium in both competitions with a stacked lineup, AND to be a Main Field Qualifier in both the regular season and the World Finals.

This number includes both S1 & S2 records

Bro Camino

Yikes! Another truck subbed out for three shows on the All Star Challenge tour!

Putting that aside, Cam McQueen is definitely a freestyler for the ages! With some of the wildest moves we've seen all season behind him, as well as no fear behind the wheel, Cam can absolutely turn up!

Hopefully, in Las Vegas, we can see him fill more than half the clock. If so, I think we're looking at a top 10 run. We havent really seen much in-between from him this season.

After all, he does have only 72pts total to his name this season.

He's all or nothing. When it's all- its awesome, when its nothing-...

Racing Record - 3:7

Monster Mutt: Rottweiler

Preston Perez had quite a struggle with this truck. Not only is he one of the few drivers to have been subbed for three or more shows (three in his case), but he's also one of the even lesser few to earn Points Loser multiple times.

Preston's driving this seson just seemed, unfortunately, to not suit this truck, ending up in the bottom spot for the All Star Challenge Tour Main Field with only 64pts for the season.

Nonetheless, points earned for one, are points earned for the team! His contribution, no matter how small, won't be forgotten in the World Finals Main Field!

Hopefully he can get the truck and his driving a bit more dialed-in for Las Vegas and the biggest show of the year!

Racing Record - 1:7

DD Fandom Protector

DD Live and the DD Fandom Protector blew fans away, coming into competition as the first sub of the season for the Indy Madness tour, and dominating Show 2, in Round Rock, Texas!

DD managed to take the Channel's first substitute Dubby Double Down, and the first Double Down of the season, as well!

The duo went on to earn another Racing Championship in Holland, Texas, before ending his run with only 6 points for the night, in Elm Mott, Texas.

In total, DD Live closed out his appearance with 63pts, putting him and Chris Koehler in a tie for the highest sub points earned.

He's had a long off-season, heading into Las Vegas, but I'm confident the DD Fandom Protector will live up to the hype!

Racing Record - 9:1

Monster Mutt

Chris Koehler struggled in Season 1’s Throwback Tour, earning just 3pts total, and finishing with the lowest sub score on the tour, last year. Drafted again, as a sub for Season 2, he knew he needed to turn up, and he did just that!

Subbing for Sonic Heroes in Houston, TX, Chris and the Mutt had a mixed performance—losing Round 1 of Racing but winning the Dubby Freestyle Championship, earning 22 points and a second show. He repeated this in Atlanta, with another Round 1 loss but a Freestyle victory and 22 more points. In Tampa, however, he placed second in Freestyle, ending his 3 show run.

Overall, Chris and Monster Mutt earned 63pts, topping the Biggest and Baddest Sub Leaderboard from show five, until the end of the season!

The number below includes both S1 & S2 records

Racing Record - 0:4

JCB Dig-A-Tron

Tristan England was our second sub of the season on this tour, earning a second show by knocking it out of the park in the St. Louis Freestyle competition with a Dubby Freestyle Championship!

Though we'd see Tim Jones and TailGator earn a second show with a Dubby Racing Championship later in the season, Tristan and JCB's earnings of 35pts were too much to top, solidifying him into the World Finals Main Field before we even knew it!

Funnily enough, it was Team Thunder driver Preston Perez in Rottweiler he was subbing in for, and now, he has a chance to perform with the whole of Team Thunder!

The one-time IRL Racing Champion is looking to earn another one in the RORSRPS World Finals! Can he break that runner-up curse?

Last Chance Qualifier

This truck is yet to be determined!

After Qualifying on November 29th, 12 of the best substitutes, besides the 3 above in the guaranteed qualifier spots, will battle it out in a Racing backet to find the final truck getting a shot at the World Championships!
